Shane graduated with a B.Comm (Hons.) degree from University College Cork and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2000. He was admitted as a partner in 2005. He advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
Shane is also very experienced in estate administration and all issues related to the transfer of assets by gift or inheritance.
In addition, Shane heads our Licensing law group and has been involved in a wide range of licensing matters including public house acquisitions, off – licences: both new and established, hospitality trade certificates and auctioneers’ licences.
Shane has been accredited with a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
